Standard Session Rates
The contract specifies a fixed hourly rate for sessions with Wellnite clients.
This rate applies to a full one-hour session.
Adjusted Rates for Shorter Sessions
If a session is 30 minutes, the hourly rate will be divided by two.
If a session is 45 minutes, the rate will be adjusted proportionally using the same principle.
All reimbursements are calculated based on the length of the session relative to the hourly rate in your contract.
Digital practice Out-of-Pocket Clients
For your clients who do not use insurance and choose to pay out-of-pocket, you have the flexibility to set your own rates. This allows you to determine fees according to your expertise and the value of your services.
