For Wellnite clients, if you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the session or do not show up to the appointment, you are required to give one free therapy session to the patient. We will mark the missed or no show sessions as "Provider Missed" or "Provider No Show", and the follow up session will be marked as "Provider Free" to ensure that the patient receives one free session. You will not be paid for the missed or no show sessions.
For your own practice's clients, the policy is up to you. You are not required to give out free sessions.
However, in order to be fair to you, if your clients are late or do not show up for the appointments, Wellnite will pay you your agreed upon hourly rate for the session, as specified in your contract.
At this time, it is not possible to set your own cancellation rate. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this policy.
