Being a supervisor in the field of mental health carries immense significance. We rely on your expertise to fulfill the requirements mandated by your state regulations. At Wellnite, we do not impose any additional criteria beyond those stipulated by the regulatory authorities.

Your compensation is based on a per-session rate, consistent with the hourly rate specified in your contract. Additionally, as part of our collaborative model, you will earn Wellbits for each session conducted by the associates under your supervision on the Wellnite platform. These Wellbits can be accumulated and subsequently exchanged for cash rewards and/or future perks and benefits.

This initiative reflects our commitment to giving back and honoring supervisors who play a vital role in making high-quality mental healthcare accessible and contribute to the development of new professionals who align with our organization's goals.

Our supervision sessions are conducted on a weekly basis and are designed as group sessions. Typically, we assign 10 associates, with 5 in each session. However, we welcome your input if you have a preferred maximum number of associates you are comfortable supervising.

Please note that while we aim to have up to 5 supervisees per session, attendance may vary. Rest assured that you will be compensated for each session, regardless of the number of supervisees in attendance.

By accepting the position of a supervisor, it is important to understand and acknowledge the following responsibilities:

As a supervisor, you will be required to undergo the necessary credentialing process under our insurance contracts. Rest assured, this credentialing will not affect your existing insurance credentials if you already possess them independently.

In order to facilitate billing processes for your associates' clients, you may be listed as a rendering provider as required by the different insurance companies or referred to as the supervisor under invoice details to ensure accurate documentation of services and/or to comply with your state behavioral care regulations. This arrangement enables effective communication between the billing department, your associates, and their clients, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
