Accessing Your Digital Practice Price and Platform Fee
1. Log in to Your Wellnite Account
Start by visiting wellnite.co and logging into your dashboard using your credentials.
2. Account Access
After logging in, locate the "Profile" section in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. Click on it to access your "Revenue" tab.
3. Navigating to Digital Practice Sessions
Within the "Digital Practice Session" section, you can edit the "Platform Fee" and "My Session Rate."
a. Platform Fee
To edit the 20% transaction platform fee, click on the pencil icon to set your preference. You have the option to either:
Have you or your client pay the total transaction fee.
Split the fee equally.
Customize the fee split according to your needs.
b. My Session Rate
Customize your pricing to suit your practice and attract the right clients by setting a suitable price range.
Understanding Your Session Rate
When you edit your session rate, your clients will be notified of the new rate on their dashboard.
You cannot charge your clients above your maximum limit for their sessions, but you can charge below the minimum limit.
