Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of Wellnite Digital Practice's services and platform by all users, including international users. It is designed to ensure legal compliance, protect the integrity, security, and functionality of our services, and safeguard the privacy and rights of our users and third parties. Compliance with this policy is mandatory.

Applicable Law & Jurisdictional Considerations

Wellnite Digital Practice Users are responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to their use of Wellnite Digital Practice's services. This includes, but is not limited to, data protection and privacy laws, healthcare regulations, and licensing requirements.


Payment Processing

Third-Party Payment Processors: Wellnite Digital Practice uses third-party payment services like Stripe and PayPal. Users must adhere to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

Prohibited Transactions

Transactions involving any of the prohibited activities, industries, or goods outlined in this policy are not allowed through these payment platforms.

Currency and Exchange: International users must comply with currency and exchange regulations relevant to their transactions.


Prohibited Activities and Industries

Users of Wellnite Digital Practice must not engage in any activity that:

  • Illegal Activities: Involves any illegal actions or is in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Threatening or Abusive Behavior: Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected class.

  • Harassment: Constitutes harassment, bullying, or unwanted solicitation.

  • Infringement of Intellectual Property: Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Malicious Activities: Spreads malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.

  • Fraudulent Activities: Involves fraudulent schemes, deception, or misrepresentation.

Wellnite Digital Practice does not support and prohibits the use of its services in connection with the following industries and goods:

  • Controlled Substances: Any illegal drugs, substances, or paraphernalia.

  • Weapons and Explosives: Any form of weaponry, ammunition, and explosives.

  • Regulated Goods and Services: Any goods or services that are subject to government regulation and require special licensing, such as pharmaceuticals, alcohol, and tobacco.

  • Adult Content and Services: Pornographic materials, adult entertainment, and any form of sexual services.

  • Gambling: Any form of gambling, including online casinos, sports betting, and lotteries.


Licensing Requirements for Providers

  • Professional Licensing: All providers offering services through Wellnite Digital Practice must be fully licensed and in good standing in their respective jurisdictions.

  • Verification: Providers are required to submit proof of their professional qualifications and licenses.

  • Compliance with Healthcare Regulations: Providers must comply with all healthcare laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdictions where they practice and where their clients are located.


Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may lead to account suspension or termination, legal action, and/or reporting to relevant authorities. Wellnite Digital Practice has the right to remove any non-compliant content.


Amendments

This policy may be periodically updated. Users are responsible for staying informed about changes to the AUP.
