In this guide, we will walk you through the process of charging your out-of-pocket clients in your Digital Practice.
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth billing process for your services.
1. Log in to your Wellnite account
Navigate to wellnite.co/login.
Access your Wellnite provider dashboard using your login credentials.
2. Access the Digital Practice Tab and Link to Stripe
Once logged in, go to the Digital Practice tab.
Click on Link to Stripe and follow the prompts to connect your Stripe account.
After successfully linking Stripe, your payment processing is ready to go.
Step 1: Sharing Your Digital Practice Link
Share your Digital Practice link (found in your dashboard under Digital Practice) with potential clients.
Once clients sign up using your link, their information will appear under the Members tab.
Step 2: Scheduling a Session
A client can schedule a session directly, or you can schedule one on their behalf.
Once a session is scheduled, go to your Calendar tab and click on the appointment.
For example, you can choose today's date, March 27th.
Step 3: Setting the Price
From the appointment details, set the price for the session depending on the duration selected.
Once the price is set, an invoice automatically goes out to the client showing the amount to be charged.
Step 4: Charging the Client
You have two options when charging:
Charge Before the Session
Click Charge before the scheduled time.
Once it’s time for the session, click Join Call.
Charge After the Session
Skip the charge beforehand and simply click Join Call at the appointment time.
After the session, return to your Calendar, open the appointment, and click Charge.
Stripe will automatically process the payment from the client’s registered card.
Step 5: Receiving Payment
Once charged, payments are processed into your Stripe account.
Stripe automatically transfers funds to your linked bank account.
You can log into Stripe anytime to review transactions.
