How to Make Notes

Updated over a year ago

Welcome to Wellnite, your comprehensive mental health platform designed to streamline your therapy sessions and enhance your note-taking experience.

To begin, kindly log in to wellnite.co. There are three ways you could take your notes in the platform.

Ways to Take Notes

  1. During the session

    • During the session, you can quickly jot down essential information, observations, and insights from the session. Remember, the system provides two additional fields under the ICD codes in-session.

    • Once you've joined the call, navigate towards the lower right side of the screen and click on the "Add Notes" button.

  2. After the session

    • You can take notes outside the session through the client or member's chart and edit any note you've made conveniently.

    • In the "Home" page, navigate to the "Members" tab and select the client you would like to take notes for.

    • Then go to "Clinical Information" and click on the "Notes" button.

  3. Edit your notes

    • In the client or member's chart, navigate to your notes under "Clinical Information" and click on the "Notes" button.

    • Locate the note you would like to make changes to.

    • Click on the pencil icon on the right side of the note.

Information About Note-Taking on the Wellnite Platform

  • We follow the SOAP Notes format for patient notes, and for the chief complaint and treatment plan, there's no particular format required.

  • Please select the appropriate ICD-10 or diagnosis code for the client from the dropdown menu.

  • Now, a crucial tip for billing purposes: Before you end the session, ensure you select the right information in these three (3) mandatory fields: a) the ICD code field, b) session type field, and c) duration field.

To help you visualize and navigate better, we have prepared a tutorial video alongside the guide:
