I. Unlink Your Old PayPal Account
Log in to your PayPal business account dashboard.
Navigate to "Activity" on the top navigation bar, then select “API Access.”
Click on “Manage API permissions.”
Select “View/Edit additional partners with third-party access.”
If Wellnite is listed, check the corresponding checkbox. If it’s not listed, proceed with the new onboarding link provided.
Click “Yes, revoke.”

Next, locate and share your PayPal Merchant ID with us. Here’s how:
On your PayPal dashboard, hover over your profile name and select “Account Settings.”
In the Account Settings, click on “Business Information.”
Find your “PayPal Merchant ID” and share it with us
II. Relink Your PayPal Account
Log into your Wellnite Dashboard.
On your homepage, click on “Link PayPal.” The PayPal page will open.
Input your PayPal email address.
Select your country of residence, such as South Africa, and then confirm.
If your PayPal account is not already linked, an OTP will be sent to your SMS or email. Input the OTP to complete the linking process.
A confirmation message will indicate that your account is now linked to Wellnite.
III. How to Charge a Patient
Log in to your Dashboard.
Click on “Calendar” to view all pending appointments.
Select the appointment you want to charge (e.g., August 27)
Choose the option “Payment Request.”
A payment request will be sent to the client, who will receive a payment notification on their Dashboard.
To Complete Payment:
The client will select the appointment on the Calendar and click “Join Call,” which will prompt them to make the payment.
The client will enter their debit/credit card details and confirm the payment.
A charge notification will be sent to the provider, and the call will be activated.
On the day of the appointment, the patient will "knock" and wait for the provider to admit them into the call.
