Hours and Commitment

Updated over a year ago

How many hours are required from me to work with Wellnite?

Your availability and schedule are completely up to you, therefore Wellnite does not have a minimum or maximum number of hours. We’ll engage with you based on your availability.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of clients that Wellnite expects me to bring in each month?

No Set Client Quotas

There is no minimum number of clients you are required to see, nor is there a maximum limit to the number of clients you can take on each month. We believe in empowering our providers to make decisions that best suit their professional and personal circumstances.

Can I Work Outside of Wellnite?

As a provider on Wellnite's technology platform, we want to offer you the flexibility to pursue opportunities outside of our platform. We understand that you might have existing clients or other work engagements, and we respect your autonomy to manage your professional life.

The Flexible Non-Compete Clause

Wellnite provides a flexible non-compete clause in your agreement, allowing you to work with clients outside of our platform. This means you can maintain your current caseload and take on clients from other sources, even while using Wellnite for your practice.

The Stringent Non-Solicitation Clause

While the non-compete clause provides flexibility, it is important to be aware of the stringent non-solicitation clause.

This clause states that any clients or Members you acquire through Wellnite's platform must remain exclusive to Wellnite. In other words, you cannot actively solicit or engage in direct marketing efforts to attract Wellnite Members or clients to work with you outside of our platform.

Will my contract with Wellnite have a fixed term?

Wellnite offers mental health care providers the freedom of flexible contracts. There are no fixed terms; the contract remains valid as long as both parties adhere to the agreed-upon terms.

No Fixed Terms

Wellnite's contracts do not have set durations, allowing providers to maintain autonomy over their practice and collaboration with us.
