In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of refunding and canceling products and subscriptions on our platform. Whether you need to issue a refund for a purchase or cancel a subscription, follow these steps to handle these tasks efficiently.

β1. Log in to your Wellnite account
Navigate to wellnite.co
Access your Wellnite account using your login credentials.
2. Access the Digital Practice Tab
Once you're logged in, click on "Account" and select "Digital Practice."
If you don't see the Digital Practice Tab, go to "Profile" and scroll to the bottom to find "Troubleshoot" and "Clear cache."
After clearing the cache, log back in to your account. You should now be able to see the Digital Practice tab. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at [email protected] for further assistance.
3. Navigate to Revenue and Sign up to Stripe
Click on "Digital Practice" and then select "Revenue."
Look for the "Sign up to Stripe" button and click on it. This will redirect you to the Stripe dashboard for registration.
Step 1: Accessing Customer Profile
Start by logging in to your account and navigating to the dashboard.
Locate the customer for whom you want to process a refund or cancel a subscription. Click on their name to access their profile.
Step 2: Refunding a Purchase
Within the customer's profile, locate the product or subscription you wish to refund.
If you notice a different price displayed for the product or subscription, it may be due to previous refund transactions in test runs. Don't worry; this won't affect the refund process.
To refund a product, locate the purchase in the list and click on the three dots (...) next to it.
Select "Refund Payment" to initiate the refund process.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the refund for the customer.
Step 3: Creating and Cancelling Subscriptions
If you need to create a new subscription for the customer, click on "Create Subscription" within their profile.
Choose the subscription details, such as the start date and the number of cycles (billing periods).
Decide whether to charge the customer immediately or start the subscription on a future date by adjusting the start date accordingly.
Additionally, you can select the option to automatically charge the customer for each cycle or send them an invoice for manual payment.
Once you've configured the subscription settings, click "Schedule Subscription" to finalize the creation.
If you need to cancel a subscription, locate the subscription you want to cancel within the customer's profile.
Click on the subscription entry and look for the option to cancel or delete the subscription.
Confirm the cancellation to complete the process. The customer will not be charged for future cycles, and the subscription will be removed from their account.
Important Note:
If the subscription hasn't started yet (i.e., the start date is in the future), the customer won't be charged for any cycles, even if you cancel the subscription.
