How to Update Your Availability on Wellnite
We’re excited to introduce an improved scheduling experience that makes managing your availability on Wellnite even easier. 🎉
Your Availability and Calendar are combined into a single view, so you can manage your weekly hours and specific date changes all in one place.
Keeping your availability up to date helps ensure smooth scheduling and prevents booking issues with clients.
This guide will walk you through how to update your availability directly from your Wellnite Dashboard.
1. Log Into Your Digital Practice
Start by opening your web browser and visiting wellnite.co.
Log in using the credentials provided in your onboarding email.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
2. Open the Calendar Tab
Once logged in, click on Calendar in the left-hand navigation menu.
This is now where you will:
Set your recurring weekly availability
View booked sessions
Add one-time availability or time off
3. Set or Edit Your Availability
At the top of the Calendar page, you’ll see your Availability section with each day of the week displayed.
To set or update recurring availability (weekly schedule):
Click Edit on the day you want to change
Add the time blocks you’re available
These hours will automatically repeat every week unless updated
To set availability or time off for a specific date only:
Scroll down to the calendar view
Click directly on the specific date
Select Add Shift or Time Off
This will apply only to that date and will override your recurring availability for that day.
4. Save Your Changes
After making updates, be sure to click Save to apply your changes.
Your updated availability will typically reflect on your Wellnite booking calendar within a few minutes.
