This help desk article will walk you through the simple process of updating your availability on your Digital Practice dashboard. Whether you have a fixed schedule or your availability changes regularly, these straightforward steps will ensure your calendar accurately reflects your working hours.
1. Log into your Digital Practice
Start by opening your web browser and visiting wellnite.co. Then, enter the login credentials provided to you in the onboarding email. If you've forgotten your password, don't worry β you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Access Your Calendar
Once you've logged in, locate and click on the "Calendar" tab in the main navigation menu on the left side of your screen.
3. Edit your Availability
Within the 'Calendar' tab, click on the 'Availability' section. Here, you'll find the days of the week listed, and you can easily set your availability by toggling the switch. To add block times, simply click on the '+' sign, and to remove open times, click on the ποΈ icon.
4. Save Your Changes
After updating your schedule to reflect your availability accurately, make sure to click on the 'Save' button to preserve your changes.
Your saved availability will typically appear on your Wellnite booking calendar within a few minutes.
